Overview

Gathered by Grace Designs offers faith-based products, including digital and physical planners, devotionals, and subscription boxes (“Products”). These Terms apply to all purchases and use of our services.

Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments according to your selected plan. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date by contacting hello@gatheredbygracedesigns.com.

Shipping & Returns

We currently ship products within the United States. Orders are processed and fulfilled in the order received.

All sales are final. Because our planners, devotionals, and subscription boxes are carefully curated and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@gatheredbygracedesigns.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Digital downloads and subscription payments are also non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, images, logos, and materials) is owned by Gathered by Grace LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Gathered by Grace LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
