We’re so glad you’re here! Each Heaven Bound box and Gathered by Grace planner is carefully packaged and prayed over before it leaves our hands.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the continental United States.

• Orders are processed in the order received and typically ship within 5–7 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

• Subscription boxes ship according to the schedule listed at checkout.

• Heaven Bound is designed as a monthly box experience. Each box is prepared, packaged, and shipped individually so it arrives at the right time in the journey.

  Because each Heaven Bound box ships separately, shipping is calculated per box rather than per order. This applies both to monthly subscriptions and to one-time box purchases.

Ordering Multiple Boxes

If you purchase more than one Heaven Bound box at the same time, each box will be shipped separately. Shipping is calculated for each box since they are prepared and fulfilled individually.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because our planners, devotionals, and subscription boxes are custom-curated and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gatheredbygracedesigns.com, and we’ll make it right.

Digital products and subscription payments are non-refundable.
